  • Week 1-2
    CompTIA ITF+
    Designed for beginners without an IT background, the CompTIA ITF+ course offers training for a pre-career certification. This course helps students, including career changers, determine if they have the competency and interest in an IT career. ITF+ coursework covers foundational components of all areas of IT, allowing students to develop a broader understanding of the profession. In this course, students will learn how to use features and functions of common operating systems, establish network connectivity, identify common software applications, and more. This course is aligned with official materials from CompTIA and it is covering all domains of the industry-recognized exam. Success in passing the official exam, requires additional effort and dedication from each student.
  • Week 3-5
    CompTIA Network+
    CompTIA Network+ introduces you to essential networking knowledge that is required for cloud developer and cloud engineer roles. This course is aligned with official materials from CompTIA and it is covering all domains of the industry-recognized exam. Success in passing the official exam, requires additional effort and dedication from each student.
  • Week 6-7
    CompTIA Cloud+
    CompTIA Cloud+ is an entry-level course covering the basic knowledge and skills needed to analyze, select, monitor, and protect cloud resources. The concepts taught in this course include identifying vulnerabilities, investigating network issues, and connecting and monitoring networks and the cloud environment. This course is aligned with official materials from CompTIA and it is covering all domains of the industry-recognized exam. Success in passing the official exam, requires additional effort and dedication from each student.
  • Week 8
    Project 1 - CompTIA Cloud+
    In this project students focus on design and implementation of features such as task creation, assignment, tracking, and completion, as well as user authentication and data management.
  • Week 9
    Microsoft Azure Fundamentals
    The program will include basic cloud computing principles, technologies, and models including private, public, hybrid cloud, IaaS, PaaS, and SaaS. This course also includes several of the main Azure solutions, services, Azure pillar privacy, security, trust services, and compliance. This course is aligned with official materials from Microsoft and it is covering all domains of the industry-recognized exam. Success in passing the official exam, requires additional effort and dedication from each student
  • Week 10
    Project 2 - Azure Fundamentals
    For this project, students will be deploying resources on Azure. The overall goal is to ensure that students understand the workflow for deploying services and resources on Azure.
  • Week 11
    AWS Certified Cloud Practitioner
    This week you will study a detailed overview of cloud concepts, AWS services, security, architecture, pricing, and support. This course also helps you prepare for the AWS Certified Cloud Practitioner Exam. This course is aligned with official materials from AWS and it is covering all domains of the industry-recognized exam. Success in passing the official exam, requires additional effort and dedication from each student.
  • Week 12
    Project 3 - AWS Course
    For this project, students will be deploying services on AWS. The overall goal is to ensure that students understand the workflow for deploying services on AWS.
  • Week 13-15
    Introduction to Python
    In this course, you will learn the fundamentals of Python program structure, language syntax, and implementation details.
  • Week 16-17
    Linux Essentials
    This fundamental course covers the essential topics and concepts of the Linux Operating System. Students will also get the opportunity to work with the Linux command line interface during this part of the program.
  • Week 18-19
    Project 4 -Linux Essentials
    This is a Linux project that will give students hands on experience towards working in the terminal and Identifying users and accounts.
  • Week 20
    Bonus Course: Microsoft Azure Administrator
    This course is designed to equip individuals with the skills and knowledge needed to effectively manage and maintain Microsoft Azure cloud services. It provides a comprehensive overview of Azure infrastructure, including virtual machines, storage, virtual networks, and identity management.
  • Week 21-22
    Bonus Course: Designing Microsoft Azure Infrastructure Solutions
    This is a comprehensive course that equips individuals with the knowledge and skills needed to design effective and efficient infrastructure solutions using the Microsoft Azure cloud platform. Students will learn how to analyze business requirements and translate them into secure, scalable, and highly available cloud architectures.
  • Week 23-24
    Final Capstone Project - Azure
    In this final project, students will go over two tasks “Networking” by using Azure Cloud Shell, and “VMs(Virtual machines)”. These tasks offer valuable hands-on experience to kickstart students cloud journey.

No, our flexible training hours allow you to balance academic and professional priorities. Pacing options are available based on your needs.

Immersive bootcamps are $7,900 and flex bootcamps are $5,100. We offer a pre pay discount, a variety of monthly installment options and a deferred monthly installment to cover bootcamp tuition costs. On-demand bootcamps cost $1,900 and are only able to be purchased prepaid.

*Deferred monthly installment eligibility depends on U.S. state of residence.

On average, flex and immersive bootcamps take about 24 weeks to complete.

Bootcamp scholarships are not offered for Hofstra University bootcamp programs at this time.

Flex bootcamps offer 2 hour mentoring sessions once per week, and immersive bootcamps offer 2 hour mentoring sessions twice per week. On-demand bootcamps offer students up to five, 30-minute optional mentoring sessions if students need to ask questions or receive support on their capstone project.
